PRE-INSPECTIONWe discuss any and all customer concerns, identify fiber types, and determine the best cleaning method to achieve optimal results.

DRY SOIL REMOVALWe use a powerful commercial vacuum to remove as much dry soil and debris as possible.

PRE-TREATMENTWe pretreat the carpet with our pre-spray and we pre-spot difficult or heavily soiled areas.

AGITATIONWe use our counter-rotating brush to loosen soil and work pre-treatment into fibers.

RINSEWe use a mild detergent to clean and rinse the carpet.

SPOT & STAIN REMOVALWe address any spots or stains that did not come out during the cleaning process.

EXTRACTIONWe remove as much moisture as possible from the carpet to prevent spots from returning and to reach faster drying times.

GROOMINGWe strategically brush the carpeting until the fibers are uniform and lifted. This will also help air to pass through carpet fibers which aides in drying.
